Alain Tremblay

Fondateur, président et chef de la direction

A seasoned entrepreneur and mining exploration leader. With 30 years as a professional pilot, he combined his aviation expertise with resource exploration. Founder of Prospectair Geosurveys, providing airborne geophysical surveys to the mining sector for over 20 years. Instrumental in the discovery of the Matawinie graphite deposit in the Grenville province of southern Québec.

Marc Boivin

Géologue & géophysicien professionnel, vice-président, Exploration

A geologist specialized in exploration geophysics, running his own firm MB Geosolutions since 2006. Previously Chief Geophysicist at SOQUEM for 14 years. BSc in Geology (UQAM, 1983); postgraduate studies in applied geophysics at École Polytechnique de Montréal. 40+ years of experience across Canada, the USA, Africa, Australia and Central America — generating targets, designing surveys and supervising field operations.

Nicolas Tremblay

Vice-président, Relations aux actionnaires et développement des affaires

A retired IT manager and seasoned investor with a strong background in business and technology. A graduate of the University of Ottawa (Business Admin.) and Université du Québec à Hull (IT), he spent 31 years in the public sector, leading an IT group at Environment and Climate Change Canada. Over the last decade engaged in mining exploration, including as a board member of a company that developed a significant graphite discovery. 30+ years of stock-market experience.

Isabelle Gauthier

Directrice financière

Over 25 years of proven experience across all financial and business functions. Holds a B.A. in Administration from UQAM and has been a member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec since 1998. Served as Senior Manager at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where she worked as an Auditor from 1996 to 2006, developing expertise in public companies primarily in the mining sector.

Since 2016 has advised private companies seeking listings. Currently Lead Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Val d’Or Mining, Prismo Metals and Albatros Acquisition Corporation. Member of the audit and governance committees.

Serves on the Audit Committee and GCN Committee. Active in his community as Treasurer of the Cégep de l’Outaouais Foundation. Member of the audit and governance committees.

Jean-François Perreault

Previously Managing Director at Leede Financial, SVP at Union Securities, and VP at TD Capital, where he helped launch Canada’s first international fund-of-funds private equity fund.
