Alain Tremblay

Founder, President & CEO

  • An entrepreneur and mineral-exploration executive with 30 years of experience as a professional pilot. Founder of Prospectair Geosurveys, which has provided airborne geophysical surveying services to the mineral-exploration industry for more than 20 years. He was closely involved in the early-stage exploration work associated with Nouveau Monde Graphite, where an airborne TDEM survey conducted by Prospectair Geosurveys played an important role in identifying the geophysical targets that contributed to the early discovery at Matawinie.

Marc Boivin

P. Geo and Geophysicist. VP Exploration

  • A geologist specialized in exploration geophysics, running his own firm MB Geosolutions since 2006. Previously Chief Geophysicist at SOQUEM for 14 years. BSc in Geology (UQAM, 1983); postgraduate studies in applied geophysics at École Polytechnique de Montréal. 40+ years of experience across Canada, the USA, Africa, Australia and Central America — generating targets, designing surveys and supervising field operations.

Nicolas Tremblay

VP Investor Relations & Corporate Development

  • A retired IT manager and seasoned investor with a strong background in business and technology. He was a director of a TSX-V listed company during its transformation from an explorer into a developer of the Matawinie graphite deposit, and also worked as a consultant to the company in an executive capacity — approximately one year on a full-time basis and several years on a part-time basis. A graduate of the University of Ottawa (Business Admin.) and Université du Québec en Outaouais (IT), he spent 31 years in the public sector, leading an IT group at Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Isabelle Gauthier

CFO

  • Over 25 years of proven experience across all financial and business functions. Holds a B.A. in Administration from UQAM and has been a member of the Ordre des CPA du Québec since 1998. Served as Senior Manager at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where she worked as an Auditor from 1996 to 2006, developing expertise in public companies primarily in the mining sector.

Robert Wares, P.Geo, Technical Advisor


  • A professional geologist with over 35 years of experience in mineral exploration and development, Mr. Wares was responsible for the discovery of the Canadian Malartic bulk-tonnage gold deposit, subsequently developed by Osisko Mining into one of Canada’s largest gold mines. He was co-winner of the PDAC’s “Prospector of the Year” award (2007) and, with John Burzynski and Sean Roosen, was named “Mining Man of the Year” by the Northern Miner (2009). He currently sits on the board of Brunswick Exploration Inc. and holds a B.Sc. and an Honorary Doctorate in Earth Sciences from McGill University.
