- A retired IT manager and seasoned investor with a strong background in business and technology. He was a director of a TSX-V listed company during its transformation from an explorer into a developer of the Matawinie graphite deposit, and also worked as a consultant to the company in an executive capacity — approximately one year on a full-time basis and several years on a part-time basis. A graduate of the University of Ottawa (Business Admin.) and Université du Québec en Outaouais (IT), he spent 31 years in the public sector, leading an IT group at Environment and Climate Change Canada.
